Pricing
Offered ideally to 1 or 2 adults**, but up to four people considered on a case-by-case basis.
Priced as low as $1,895* per month --INCLUDING UTILITIES***
- *By law, we collect and remit TN Sales Tax of 9.75% and Putnam County Occupancy Tax of 7% in addition to our fee for the stay.
- (Stays over 90 days will be exempt and have the first 90 days of fees refunded by the corresponding government offices.)
- *$149 cleaning fee per stay, but any damages, messes, or evidence of smoke will be assessed additionally if necessary. $500 security deposit required and fully refunded if no damages.
** The property layout is not suitable or safe for kids under the age of 10. Please make other arrangements for younger children.
Price includes:
- Use of <>2,300 square feet comfortably furnished - 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, front porch, rear lower patio, upper patio, wooded meditation area, fire pit (reservations required), 55” smart TV, high speed wireless internet, utilities.
- All bedding, linen and kitchen utensils.
- Cleaning supplies, vacuum, etc., provided. Guests shall maintain their own unit and restore to the same level of cleanliness found when arriving, or cleaning fee will be applied.
- Security deposit of $500 - refundable if no damages.
- ***While utilities are included, careless usage leading to inordinately high utility bills will necessitate the need for lessee to pay overage fees accordingly.
Rules
- Absolutely NO SMOKING anywhere on the property — inside or out.
- QUIET TIME from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
- Additional guests or visitors require host notice and approval.
- Park only in areas indicated by lessor.
- Please keep house LOCKED UP when leaving or retiring for the night.
- Property is located in peaceful, quiet, rural farming community. We ask that all guests respect the home and surroundings with care.
